Happy Boob Day!! On May 1st 2010, I celebrated the birthday of \\\"twin girls\\\". You know we refer to our breast as \\\"the girls\\\". One year ago, Dr Van Natta gace me a whole new way to see myself. For 30+ years I was a member, and I think Chapter President of the Itty Bitty Titty Committee. Yes.. I had small breasts. Nothing fit right - I had to purchase bras in the kids department. At one point, my wedding day, I was excited as the bra I had on \\\"came with boobs\\\". Of course as soon as the wedding was over, so were the boobs until May 1, 2009. I hadn\\\'t really considered this procedure until a friend \\\"updated her look\\\" with Dr Van Natta and was so pleased with the procedure and outcome. She truly game me the confidence to go forward. I had always heard horror stories of long painful recovery times, and the stories about the health risks you see on TV. I should know better than to believe everything that\\\'s on TV. Anyhow, one year ago I made the choice - an informed one thanks to the professional staff and Dr Van Natta - to increase my breast to a size that fit my body. No freak show Hollywood boobs here, just the perfect size for me. On a Friday morning - early - I went to his office and by 10 o\\\'clock, I was on my way home. After a good nap, I got up (really wnated to sleep more) but Dr\\\'s orders were to get up, shower, and do something. Those first steps were hard... I really just wanted to sleep, but totally worth it. I got up, showered, did my hair (manageable) and went shopping with my husband. How exciting to actually go in Victoria\\\'s Secret and think soon, I\\\'ll be able to purchase one of their \\\"pretty bras\\\" instead of the ones from the kiddy department. After shopping, we enjoyed a nice dinner with friends. It took awhile to adjust to the fact that I had boobs, but a year later it\\\'s like they\\\'ve been there all along. I\\\'m truly thankful to my friend for giving me the courage to go forward and to Dr Van Natta for his wonderful procedure. I literally only missed one day of work, and I am thrilled withthe results. I look and see myself in a way I had always wanted. It\\\'s crazy to think boobs could make such a difference. I will always celebrate May 1st - no big party - but a day that changed the way I see myself. (PS - my husband is very pleased - not only with the \\\"girls\\\" but also in the change of how I see myself.) Thank you, Dr Van Natta!!
