I called your office last week to cancel my scheduled surgery for August 3. You were kind enough to offer to smooth the area under my chin gratis. I much appreciate your professionalism in suggesting the surgery. For family reasons, I found it necessary to cancel the plans. Since I am moving out of the state at the end of August, I do not see any opportunity to reschedule. That is not a problem as I am very satisfied with the results you obtained. The reason I sought your help was to \"freshen\" my looks so that age would not be a factor as I sought a new position.
Apparently it worked as my move at the end of August is to become the ...... I appreciate all that you did. If asked years ago if I ever would have sought plastic surgery, my answer would have been a resounding \"no\" but I have found it an important factor in my ability to extend my working life.
